WORD 4 TODAY  Philippians 3:14 “I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” We all have somewhere to go.  So, in living this life, we should; 1. have the mindset that you have a destination (goal) 2. you should have an attitude of gratitude (the prize of eternity is a call of God) 3. a real understanding of who you ARE, in Jesus Christ)  and WHY .. (He laid down His life so that you may live), blessed here on earth as you wait to see Him face to face. 4. You can only imagine now what it will be like. “Live today,  as if you have an invite to see JESUS tonight”

    Jehovah  Rapha                                                                         “The LORD Who Heals”                        In Exodus 15:22-27, at the bitter waters of Marah, God revealed HIMSELF as JEHOVAH RAPHA, the LORD Who Heals.  In the days of Moses, as Israel was leaving Egypt and going into the land that JEHOVAH had promised to Abraham, Israel had seen many great miracles. ·    Israel received her freedom to leave Egypt, after 400 years of being slaves to the Egyptians! ·    Israel witnessed the 10 plagues that fell on Egypt and NOT on them! ·    Israel was given clothing, silver, and gold jewelry by the Egyptians, just to would go away! (Ex 12:35-36) ·    Israel crosses the Red Sea on dry ground! Now as Israel is wandering through the wilderness with God, they will experience and witness another miracle. “Almighty God ” We can find life applications in the story of Ruth, a Moabite that would not return to her pagan country, but firmly said to her Mother-in-law Naomi. “ Ruth replied, “Do not ask me to leave you and turn back.  Wherever you go, I will go; wherever you live,  I will live. Your people will be my people, and your God will be my God”   (Ruth 1:16) What a statement Ruth made, and God honored her! She is in the lineage of the coming Messiah, Jesus Christ. Matthew 1:5    “ Salmon was the father of Boaz (whose mother was Rahab).  Boaz was the father of Obed (whose mother was Ruth). ” But the her story does not only speaks of how “El Shaddai” blessed her, but also Naomi. These two women are synonymous because they witnessed “El Shaddai” (the Almighty God) make something beautiful from their tragic loss. Remember their story? How Naomi’s family (her husband and their two sons) left Bethlehem due to famine. They lived in Moab, and raised their sons there where they both marri

Remember that this is to used as your own personal monies to do the fun and exciting things that you have always wanted to do.         WORD 4 TODAY   “Waiting 4 The Lord Jesus Christ” What are you doing as you wait on the return of Jesus Christ?  Philippians 3:20  “For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ” We know that we are not of this world and we are instructed not to conform to the ways of it.  Take heart knowing that this crazy and wicked world will come to an end. That is the truth, even as bitter / sweet as it sounds, it is the truth. As we wait , let us continue to pray for the many that can not see the importance, that they too must wait with hope and understanding. This thought is not one of importance right now to many people, such as the atheist or the young. But we have all been appointed a time to die. Just like we all plan to one day to have kids, own a business, marry, etc. It would be wise to consider making a decision “to get yourself ready” for Jesus Christ to come. Food 4 thought!
