To walk in the shadow of darkness, is a season in life,

But how 2 continue 2 walk when devastation strikes?

When the light goes out, and days becomes night,

Without hope or God, the heart becomes dark, lost and broken.

There is only fear in the night,

When the heart cries, and tears fall,

Without a sound, You come and I am found.

All I have come 2 know, I no longer hold dear

Slowly I look and there is hope, standing near.

As I read Luke chapter 8 verses 30 – 38

Your Words bring “Good News” and Your Word will “heal”

Your Word can restore and Your Word sets free,

The many, who like him and like me will find their place sitting at Your feet,

And again, I am reminded that You are never late.

Remember when trouble comes and you can believe that it will

May you find peace in the Book of Psalms,

Guidance in the Proverbs, Love in the Gospels

Hope in God’s Love Letter to you, The Bible

That you may grow in Faith and Trust in The One who knows you by name.

A Prayer for the people in the state of Texas and Louisiana

Behold, we stand in prayer for you and know that you are not alone.
