My Hero
Fraternidad Ramos Salazar passed away on Monday, 6/17/2024 at 8:15pm.
We are grateful for God's mercy and peace,
I am rejoicing for my Mom is now resting. No more being bedridden or alone!
“To be absent from this body is to be present with the Lord”.
I had a wonderful day yesterday with her.
I read to her the three (3) epistles of John and
explained to her that her body would return to the earth but that her soul will be with the Lord and that she will have a new body with no more pain! Amen
Then my kids came by and we told jokes and spoke to her about “it was time for her to go and that we would miss her but that we would be okay”.
Had sweet fellowship with her for about 3 hours and then she left earth!
Funny how I told Mom to “go home to be with the Lord” last Sunday when she was still alert.
Mom had said to me, that she “was tired and wanted to go”. But she waited 8 more days, until we all came together to tell Mom how much she was loved and that it was good for her to “go now and that we would be okay”. I believe that was what Mom needed to hear from all of us!
I have such a peace and joy for how kind and merciful God was to us and how beautifully He took Mom home!
I pray that you and your family are well and may the Grace and Peace of our God be with you. Keep looking up 4 Jesus is coming soon!
Love you and thank you!
☺️ Lydia
