Invite The Lord

Sometimes when we invite the Lord to inspect the garden of our lives, we realize we have been neglectful. We had let the busyness and the cares of life keep us from tending the garden as we should.

Thorns have grown up and choked out some of the sweetness and beauty that should be there. Fruit isn’t developing. 

It is then that I realize how much I need the Lord. I need Him to search me and show me my heart and my thoughts.

Call upon the Lord to examine your life, then sit at His feet and pour out your heart to Him. Receive the love He gives you in return .

Don’t neglect the One who loves you. The  time you spend with God is more important than any work you could ever do for Him in ministry, at home or even at the workplace. 

Won’t you invite Him to come into your garden and examine the fruit in your life? 

Father, may You be pleased with what you see, and Lord I want to spend more time with you, sharing love together in sweet communion.

In Jesus’ Name we pray, Amen

    Thank you. Sharing the word of God to me, I really needed that to focus more on the Lord and spend more time with him and Jesus, thank you all for your love, time and patience. I'm a flower in gods garden and I want to grow

“ The Lord is like a father to His children, tender and compassionate to those who fear him” Excellent words of encouragement for us! We just celebrated our earthly fathers yesterday! We are blessed to have an example of what a Father role is & what obligations and long suffering it takes to be a hands on father;  We see the pressures and toll that fathers must endure, for the sake of their families.
