Too many times, we leave God in a box, only to look for that box when we are in difficult times. We’re too busy with the cares of this world, like work, children, self and of course everything else within our own borders. At times like this, when I easily get caught up in the fast pace of my life and tend to put God aside, I wonder about if He would do the same for me? But, praise be to God, that He isn’t like you or me. Yes, we know that He has eyes, hands, ears and a voice, but His heart and His ways are not like us! Your God God has eyes, that sees you at all times And He knows exactly where you are and what you need. His eye is always on us. “He never takes his eyes off the innocent, but he sets them on thrones with kings and exalts them forever.”  J ob 36:7 God has ears, He hears your prayers and your tears. God also hears your silent cry in the dark of night. “ Morning, noon, and night I cry out in my distress, and the  Lord  hears my voice.“  Psalm 55:17

A Little Deeper Do you make promises with the intention to keep that promise? Of course, we do! But what do you say when you really want to make it known that you want to do all that you can to keep this promise, regardless of how many promises you did not keep? As people, we make promises; to one another, to our children and  ourselves .

We were challenged to do this last week by a guest speaker and as I began to be still and wait on God , I was so blessed by His Word and His Presence as He spoke to me.
